Question 1

How does the Volleyball Arm Speed Program work with a college, club or high school coach & team?

A PC360 Arm Speed Coach, using Zoom, works with your coaches on the court while they are working with your athletes.

Question 2

Is there a lot of training involved to prepare your coaches?

No! We have simplied our program and approach to allow our coaches to train your coaches while they are training the athletes. Your coaches & athletes will benefit from our years of arm speed training & related injury prevention but do not spend countless hours studying videos, exercises and going through training activities.

Question 3

Does the program include PC360 training equipment and training on how to use the equipment safely & effectively?

Yes! Depending on which program you choose, we do include the use of our patented training system to help athletes rapidly build specific strength for arm speed and to prevent pain & related injuries at the same time.

Question 4

For a college program, do you include training for our Strength Coach and Athletic Trainer?

Yes! We build in training time for your on the court skills coaches and streength coach and athletic trainer. These professionals will be taught how to use our equipment to safely & quickly improve shoulder spine and hip stability & mobility to allow athletes to hit harder and tolerate hitting harder.
